this weekend i attempted to install Starchoice, i had a bird dog and had no luck whatsoever so i sent ice a few pm's and he agreed to show up at my residence and help me with, I'll be darned if he didn't have it locked in within 5 minutes with a 10.+ on diag. c screen w/o a signal meter none the less
I spent more time on phone trying to activate(one hour they were really busy)
So far im very impressed and I think i will continue to be
Once again thank you Ice for your time, effort, and expertise
I just met Iceberg and I consider him a friend and hopefully he feels the same way of me

Very Good. Looks like Iceberg is the "Official SC installer for MN and environs"

Yes, he definitely knows the first rule of thumb for installing SC: "Do NOT use a sat finder". All those closely spaced Ku band satellites create nothing but confusion when using a meter.

wonder why they were so busy...its not like a SUnday if they screw up NFL ST

Glad you got it going....it may take a little while for the guide to download all 3 days but even if the unit is opn, it still downloads (unlike Dish or EVu)
