Iceberg 10K Platinum Down?

Hey guys I own an Iceberg 10K Platinum "FTA" box and now I get no signal. Do I need to download new software? Iceberg sold me this thing for $300 and said it would get everything but now he wont answer my e-mails? Help me get this thing going before the Gilligans Island marathon ends.
