I am getting a letter in the mail at least 2 or 3 times a month and am also getting at least 2 emails each WEEK to come back. i cancelled before because siriusxm said they never got my credit card payment for the last promotional offer i accepted. i called earlier to today to tell them to stop the letters and emails. they started right off the bat with the $20 for 5 months offer. i told them no because they did me wrong before and the lady i was talking to asked me to explain the situation. after i explained what happened she put me on hold for a bit and came back with a $10 for 5 months offer. she said it would be just $10 with taxes and fees. i took the offer and i told her i did not want to auto-renew. so joy from siriusxm spread a little "joy" and tried to rectify the situation.
