I wanted to see this was possible:

I only have one HDTV in my house and need to connect two other SDTV's, So i'm thinking about getting the VIP622 and then running the second ouput to one SDTV. And the last tv to juts havea standard reciever. Is this possible and will it get pricey??

Yes, very easy and the cost will all be in the 622.

Yes, you can lease the 622. You could also use the 622 for PIP on the HD set (one HD, one SD), and lease a 322 for the two SD sets.
