just check my dish and found I have dish 1000 dish with 2 cables connecting to single node and no sign of a third cable, will I be able to use dual node with these cables, all schematics show 3 cables from dish to dual node. Currently have hopper sling and 2 joeys, I want to add another hopper sling and joey to my system

who's right, 3 cables from dpp switch (where is dpp switch) or can I connect the 2 cables from dish to dual node. right now 2 cables are connected to single node,

Sorry for the missing node info. You need 3 cables (one for each satellite location) going from a 1000.x combo antenna/LNB/switch going to the dual node. Then you need two cables going from the dual node to the two Hoppers.
