When using a decoder from programmer, when watching those non scramble programs, there is no signal dropping or up problem, but when go to those paid programs, you will see the signal is dropping and went back up very frequently in same satellite. When the signal dropped ( its not much drop just like from 86 down to 77 then get back up to 86, etc.), it get black screen for a second or two then picture come back.
I just wonder how this happen, do you guy think its the LNBF or receiver, its satmex 5 satellite.
