I am a hacker and am getting banned

Hi! I am very new to all of this. I usually take my pansat to a store
where they load it for me. I want to learn how to do it myself but
am technology inept. Can you pleasssssse help me!!!

I heard that FTA is all open. Does this mean the pansat as well and how to I get my fix if it is.
