We recently upgraded our HughesNet satellite to HughesNet Gen4. Previously we were able to run Citrix without a problem. After the upgrade (new HughesNet Gen4 satellite and modem - only changes) we can still login into Citrix by entering our username and password; however, we cannot access any of the aaps receiving the message that we cannot connect to the XenApp server - nework issues. Has nayone found a solution to this problem?
