HTL-HD program Guide

My HTL-HD program guide does not show any programs on any channels. It shows the channels but is blank where the program information should be.
How do I restore the program information??

Have you tried unpluging for a few minutes or resetting the receiver?

When in trouble try the manual. All I had to do was hit the reset button and wait for it to reload............
