Starting last week, my HR54-700 Genie will no longer play Pandora. I'm told to select a station, but when I do it loops right back to the select a station message. Restarting the DVR hasn't helped. The software is 0xd80 updated on 9/19.
Another issue I'm having is that I can't fast-forward, rewind, or skip when I view a program through whole-home dvr service that has been recorded on my HR24-500 without restarting the Genie.
Anyone else having these problems? I tried calling Directv service, but they just ran me through the standard trouble-shooting procedures, which did not solve the problem.
