- Double-bonk sound will be heard to indicate start of process
- In some cases, the double-bonk is suppressed if the STB is plugged into a Dolby Digital supported device and the Dolby Digital audio track is selected
- Check Menu > Settings & Help > Settings > Info & Test > More System Info for status
- Code will be seen next to ‘Completion Code’ list item, check back as it may take a few minutes to complete
- Number at end of report key indicates status
- 0 – Success
- 9 – No Internet Connectivity
- 10 – Transmission started
- 11 – Transmission in progress
- 12 – Transmission timed out
- There is still a one-report per hour limitation
- Please try and press & hold the LIST key as close to the actual problem being reported as possible
- Please continue to provide the report key when reporting problems
