I have HR23-700 my MRV doesn't work on but it works fine on my R22-100. I have 5 LNB Slimline dish. I sent diagnostics report 20090619-4CC7.

I might have to go back to the NR for the 2nd week in a row. Major issues with guide scrolling speed. takes an average of 3 secs for the guide to scroll after the remote command is sent. painfully slow.

As Rey said above, very slow GUI. Unusable. At the point where it takes 3-8 seconds to execute a remote command scrolling through the List or the Guide.

Also had to stop and restart MRV because a few programs recorded locally were disappearing in the List. Restarting MRV brought them back.

Tring to add and remove channels from favorites, entering 1000 and higher channels causes the list of channels to disappear and the receiver to lock up. Had to RBR.

Since downloading the updates last night on my HR22-100s, I get a "playback not allowed, client access card missing or invalid" when I try to watch a show from a remote DVR.

Guide and channel changing is definitely slower on my HR20-100. Not quite unusable for me, but definitely slower.

Response time is slower than the NR, but comparable to last week...HR20-100.

Looks like the HR20's are having less trouble than the 21's. The 20's do have better memory performance than the 21's, so maybe that has something to do with it.

i apologize for not waiting any longer but i had to go back to the NR. i was barely able to scroll through the guide. sent report and will download the next ce again for testing on Fri.

Im beginning to think the GUI will never be fast.

Had this problem with my HR22-100's last CE which was actually my first CE. I tried numerous things but I believe the fix is to restart all HR22's. I would try that first.
Mine worked by searching keywords MRVCLIENTOFF/MRVCLIENTON/IAMANEDGECUTTER THEN RESTART but that may have been redundant.
