Without the cables. I'm using component cables and to not bend them too much, you should add 3" to the depth.

I got slightly different measurements.

Width - 15-1/16"
Height - 2-3/4"
Depth - 11-3/4"

Feet are a 1/4" high so the total height from the shelf is 3"
