I just got hooked back up to DirecTV. The local PBS and CW channels have pixelation in them. The tech coming back out to tweak the dish. Hopefully that will take care of that. But I'm not sure. The highest spot beam is 85 and the lowest 32. Except for those that are 0. I'm not sure which spot beams are my locals.
But the audio is dropping out every once in a while on different channels. During a show. I could happen just one time or two or three. It's very random. I have the HR23 setup to output Dolby Digital. Has anyone every had this problem before?
I now my Onyko receiver is slow at changing it's output when the source changes. e.g. when going from a DD show to a commercial which is analog. I'll miss the first couple of words when it changes. Could it be the receiver causing this problem?
I'm still trying different things. Any suggestions would be helpful.
