HR21 keeps attempting to download 0290

My HR21 has been continuously attempting to download new software 0290 since Oct 21st. It has rebooted and said it was downloading at least 10 x's. Yet, it will come back up and about 10 minutes later it says that it needs to download again? So I press OK Download now and keep hoping that this will be the time it will take the new software. Three days of this is getting frustrating. Any thoughts?

What's going on? Is it completely downloading the new software, then wanting to download it again? Or is it just never completely downloading, and you reboot it?

Just wondering. Sometimes it can take a little while to download the new software.

0290 should take about 20-30 minutes to download, at times it will seem like nothing is happening when it is.

You may want to try manually downloading it by restarting and at the hellow screen immediatly press 02468 on your remote.

If doing it manually does not work, you may need to reformat the box or replace it assuming your not having any type of signal issue.
