HR21 Boxes Problems

For the last two days on my main reciever is i was recording two HD showes at the same time and tried to watch one of them as it was recording the audio is way off.. House and NCIS last night for example .. i watched House as it was recording and that one was the problem.. NCIS was fine... Been having these issues since the last National Release but never this bad..

and last night both of he HR21's rebooted them selves at 2am -- Did Direct push down something last night???

House is ALWAYS out of sync on my HR20, I finally hooked up an antenna and started recording OTA.
