I have a HR21 DVR that will freeze up when viewing any recording from any channel. This started occuring after I received the 0x0230 May 28th National Release. I have done a soft reset, unplugged the DVR, and a "reset everything" and still have the same problem. I have searched the forums at DirecTV.com and it seems that this is a pretty widespread issue. Does anyone know of a solution on how to fix this?
