- This is a "standard" CE... It will not be pushed to any HR21-700 User
WHat do you mean by added? Anyone can downlaod CEs?
If you mean VOD it is just a matter of time, D* has to turn each used on through their billing system. It should be on for any HR20-700 users, and the rest should be soon.
I think it is in trial on the current CEs, but only for users that D* had turned on in their billing system.
There will be something on your bill saying "Directv on demand - complimentary"
Nope, don't call, just give it time, it can. It can take up to a couple days (but usually less) once you have a level of software that supports DoD installed and the box is network connected for the automated process to enable it.
Then just give it time, if it's network connected and passing the test it will come. Be happy it's not like when they first rolled out DoD, it was taking over a week to enable for a number of people.

If you notice that the version of software being downloaded is not the CE release but the national release you can do a red button reset before the download gets to 90% and stop the download install, after 90% you'll brick your box.
