hr20 remote help

Im unable to have hr20 remote work my new toshiba hddvd. will it not work with hddvd but only dvd players?

D* universal remotes are not learning remotes so the codes loaded on the chip when they are produced limits how UNIVERSAL they are. There is no gaurantee they have every remote code. Besides I find DVD players are most useful with the original remotes.

Then you may want to upgrade your remote to the rc64 series, which includes 7 new toshiba dvd codes not in any other white remote.
