HR20 Recording Issue

i was trying to set up The Closer to record on tnthd, and this dang box will for some reason skip through many menus with 1 button push, well now i have the 4 triangle icon with the star and now matter what i do i cant get the dvr to get this up to record. how do i get rid of that icon and get this thing to accept the record.

I believe the star means there are already 2 other shows with higher priority set to schedule at that time. Check your To Do list to see what else is going on at that same time. Adjust this series link to be higher if you want it to record over one of the others.
