Got a couple of problems with the channel guide on my hr20-100, any help would be appreciated. I finally setup the favorites list and then maybe 2 days later it showed no channels on my favorites list and also when i set the guide options to hd channels only shows 3 or 4 movie channels, just showtime and starz, i think. any ideas what would cause this or how to fix it? I have the regular software, not ce, on it and have not gotten an update since July. thanks.
Also I do not have the protection plan so if there is a real problem with the receiver is it under any kind of warranty, it is 2 years old this month.
