hr20 and multi switch

I am thinking about buying a HR20 and have a question about hooking it up. The room I want to install it in only has 1 line going in, can I use a multiswich from that line to create 2 lines for the 2 inputs on the HR20?

No.

You need to run the 4 lines from the dish, to the 6 side of a WB68 multiswitch, then one line from the 8 side to each tuner (2 for a DVR).

You can use it with 1 line, you just won't be able to switch the channel once you/it starts recording. The dish (LNB) can feed upto 4 lines without a multiswitch.
