I got it early this morning, no need to force the upgrade.

Before this morning RBR 02468 was required. The version began spooling around 5pm PDT yesterday.

Forcing downloads can (not always but can) create problems. Let the national roll-outs do the job unless you have some uncontrollable urge (or need) to force one.
