We just had our HD DVR installed about a month ago. Since the install, it constantly reboots, often times in the middle of recording a program! ARRRRGGGH! So I have recorded shows with 15 or 20 minutes missing out of them. Also, it just drops the audio sometimes, then it will return. I was watching a recorded program the other day and the first 30 mins. had audio, the last 30 mins. had no audio! Same thing happened during a football game, audio would come and go. I requested a new unit and they sent a 700 model which doesn't have the coax audio output! So, I'm sending IT back! I asked them if we could request a particular model and they said we have to take what they send. 
Also, we are not getting anything on satellite 119. The guy that installed it said we had some limbs on a tree in the way, so we trimmed the limbs. I'm not cutting down a 50 foot oak tree for a satellite dish. It would be more practical to put the dish on a pole out in the yard if necessary to get a better view. Could the problem on 119 be due to obstruction? You don't even want to know the issues I've had trying to get techs out to my house. We've had 2 out of 3 no-shows. When we finally get one to show up, it's usually Moe, Larry or Curly and it's dark outside which makes the call pointless if the matter is with the dish.
