HR10-250 Satellite channel screwed up

I've had my HR10-250 for a little over a year now. It downloaded the 6.3 software within the last month. Both before and after the software update, the unit has always had an intermittent problem in that a show scheduled to be recorded via the dish will fail as the channel is nothing but digital artifacts and/or a half blank screen. If you tune to the channel while the recording is scheduled you can see this happening in real time. If you then cancel the recording and press channel up and back down, the picture is fine. Signal strengths from all 3 sats are wonderful, 90 or higher. Is this just me or does the same thing happen to other HR10-250 owners? I guess I'm just stuck with it, and it doesn't happen that often, maybe once or twice a month out of ~ 25 shows to be recorded. Sure is frustrating when it happens though.
