I have a BEC DB-6600+ Receiver, it only has V or H setup. Don't know how to set it for frequency of 12297 L and symbol rate of 20000 for the NASA at EchoStar 7 at 119.0°W. Do I must use a dishnetwork receiver to setup this for NASA? Please help. Thanks in advance.

nope....all you need is a DBS LNB

setting would be as such

LO frequency is 11250 (normally is 10750 for regular FTA stuff)
POlarity is H (L=H R=V)
Symbol rate is 20000
