How to Sell Dish Receivers

OK, guys, I need your expertise and guidance.

I plan to sell two DISH receivers on eBay. In reviewing those already being auctioned, some include receiver serial numbers, card numbers, etc. Some don't.

What should I or should I not include on an auction so that I protect myself? I have closed my DISH account and have no balance on the cards.

I have never sold anything like this on eBay, and don't want to get myself in trouble.

I would say "R &S #'s available upon request"

Any legit person would e-mail you asking for the R&S #'s, so they could call Dish to verify its a zero balance.

If they ask "what rom is the card" or JTag (I think thats the word), they are a hacker

I've sold probably 10 receivers on E-bay without issues

I have a 301 and a 508. Both are used but work fine. I am having a new roof installed Monday and the Mrs. didn't want a satellite dish on the new roof. :river

Perhaps I could throw in the Mrs. to anyone buying both receivers
