How to reboot the 6412

I've been having misc problems with my 6412, and was wondering how to reboot it. I have been pulling the power cord from the outlet, waiting 15 secs, then plugging it back in. I have read that holding the power button on the receiver down for 15 secs or so will also cause reboot. On my 6412, holding the power button down just turns the video output and display on or off.

Once I get a clean reboot, if the problems are not resolved, I'll ask for more help.

I think you actually need to hold the power button, while the unit is unplugged for 15 seconds and /or hold for 15 seconds while powering up (just don't let go).

After I preformed the reboot (as listed in my original post) by removing and restoring power, the 6412 is working great!
