How to mount Dish on Balcony Railing?

Unfortunatly the only way that I can see due south for Directv is to find some type of pole extender to mount of my Balcony Rail. I live on the top floor so there is no one above me. The guy at the manegemtn office says that they sell balcony rail kits to mount your dish, does anyone know where to find these?

i think they do sell kits for that sort of thing. or you could make your own by going to lowes or home depot. if you do a little of looking around here, there are answers to what type of pole and diameter you will need.

if you check back in a little while, i am sure someone with more detail will answer.
