I noticed that D* is passing wrong resolution on SNY. The channel originates as 1080i but on D* it is 720p. It also has lip sync issue. Fox Business channel originates in 720p but on D* it is in 1080i. This is bad news, as besides reencoding those channels in to Mpeg4, resolution is converted that results in loss of quality. Talking to CSR's is useless, as they have no clue. Maybe somebody here can get this to higher ups.

I can't say anything about SNY, but on my end Fox Business looks great! I know from a technological standpoint that it is a bad thing to be changing the resolution like this and it will definitely need to be addressed in the future. I'm willing to wait until they get my HD Locals up first though; even though Dayton is pretty low on the list.
call SNY. i called once... hopefully the more complaints they get, they will force D* to fix it.
