I just got a Viewsat extreme....what are my first steps?

Well, I was told that I can pick up any TV station from anywhere in the US. Eventually, I would like to get PPV and premium channels but I can start with the easy stuff.

PPV and premium channels ARE NOT NOT NOT Free to air

They are subscription services that you PAY FOR
