Hi Guys,
I am a real newbie. I need your help desperately.... I have been able to get Echostar 7 and 8 at 110 and 119. But I haven't had any luck with Echo3 at 61.5. I am using an 18" dish with a standard single LNB. I have my elevation set at 41 (my zipcode is 11422). While my "Level" is at 79, my signal "Quality" is a big fat zero. I have scanned the entire southeast and southwest skies. The azimuth is supposed to be at 175 from north, right? that's southeast, right?..... Please somebody tell me what I am doing wrong. Pardon my ignorance, but I heard about a "transponder" setting on my receiver; what's that? Thanks in advance for your help.
