What should I do to get the 118.7 with a DISH 500? I am brasilian and I just want to have one channel (Globo International channel 814).
Thank you,

You need a 500+ dish with FSS LNB. The 500+ is much bigger than a 500 because the satellite is much weaker.

Could use any FSS dish as long as it is a 1.2m dish in order to get a strong enough signal...

But ya, a 500+ is the best option, but also requires a DP34 or DPP 44 switch.

No a dish 500+ with a DPP twin will allow reception from 3 LNBs
Ah... Any twin will occupy the 119 position with a single BSS LNB. What teh_duke said was correct. There is a special combo FSS and BSS LNB with two DishPro outputs that gets fitted to that spot on a 500+. So if you want more than 118, then you need a switch to combine the other LNB outputs.

Right Network Launches Sept 8, will Dish carry?
