How to change to Sunday Ticket HD channels (703-1, 704-1, etc.) without using guide?

In my channel list I have unchecked all the standard definition Sunday Ticket channels, yet when I type in a channel number like 703, it takes me to the standard definition channel instead of the 703-1 high definition feed. Is there a way I can go directly to the high definition channels? Also, when using the channel up/down control, it just switches among the standard def channels instead of the high def channels. This is incredibly annoying when I'm trying to switch among 3 or more channels. The only way I can change to a high def channel is to do it through the guide. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Just type in the - key (it's to the left of the zero on the remot) so enter 703-1 to go directly to it.

The Sunday Ticket is a PPV basically so that may be why it doesn't work with the Hide SD channels funtion. This is an event, not a normal channel ...
