How often do they add VOD channels?

I just got DirecTV and loving it. I am also really like the VOD. I was wondering if will see one from TVLAND, HBO, or the local channels like CBS,NBC,ABC,etc anytime soon.

I believe, correct me if Im wrong, but they dont offer HBO Ondemand because HBO charges providers a extra fee for it. As far as the others goes Im not sure cause Im new to directv but from what Ive read they are competitive with cable's ondemand as far as the 'free' ondemand channels goes. Not sure if theyll offer paid VOD channels like wwe247, howard stern tv, etc. that would be great.
