How much do you care about NFL preseason games, if at all?

I'll watch the highlights on SportsCenter, but I really could care less.

I don't think it really matters how you do in the preseason.

IIRC, LaDainian Tomlinson didn't play any snaps in the 2006 preseason. And just how did he do that year?

About as much as I do the regular season.... which ain't much. Actually, I might watch a Pre-Season Game?

I watch the preseason games primarily to see what everybody has at quarterback. I mean, the Colts aren't going to play Peyton Manning no more than a few snaps (and he won't even get that this year) in preseason so it's just sort of cool (to me) to see some backup quarterbacks in action. Of course, they aren't usually playing with the starters so it can be deceiving. I remember several years ago watching Glenn Foley as the Jets starter (can't remember who they were playing) during preseason and he reminded me of Joe Montana. Shortly after the season started, he wound up hitting a starting defense and Vinny Testerverde took over and nearly led them to the Super Bowl. So, as I said, I guess it can be deceiving. I won't really get into the games "big time" until the first week of the season...

To me they're as relevant as college bowl games, which is to say not at all. Actually the only reason I would care is if any key players on the Panthers got hurt. Injuries aside, I could care less.

I can go in and out on preseason games. I may watch a little of one game depending on how good it is. It's tough to watch preseason games but if your a fan, you'll watch any and everything.

Finding the backhauls is more exciting then the game for the most part. I enjoy all the games except the last one for each team. I'm ready for football season. Saturday's and Sunday's.

The Red Sox are in my blood, but I'm just sick and tired of the apathetic attitude the organization shows towards Manny Ramirez. His pushing to the ground of a 66 year old club official (because said official couldn't come up with 16 tickets for a game in Houston....with less than 24 hours warning no less) was the final Manny straw for me.

Contrast that with what other teams in that area did with similari situations.

When Sebastian Telfair was arrested for possession of a handgun in April 2007, the Celtics knew they had to get rid of him, and they found a sucker in Minnesota:

Back to the question at hand, I have little to no interest in preseason NFL games, unless of course I'm given free suite tickets or something.

Besides, how can you not get pumped for the now on-going traditional game coined : "The Great Lakes Classic"!

For those not in the know: since 2002, the Browns and Lions play every preseason for the rights to the Great Lakes Classic Trophy, a bronzed boat with helmets! Not only does the winner get the trophy, but a total of $50,000 raised from the preseason game will be donated to local charities. The winning team's charity receives $30,000, while the losing team's charity will collect $20,000.

I grew up in Buffalo. I KNOW what it's like to be in a doomed sports town.

Wide Right, Brett Hull's foot in the crease, great players departing...

For instance,

Jim Brown played his ENTIRE career in Cleveland- Dominik Hasek didn't.

BretT Hull's foot-in-the-crease was a play that should have been reviewed- at least the Browns were never screwed by the refs on a bad player- Byner's fumble wasn't a 'if it's reviewed, it can be overturned' situation.
