How many IR Remotes can be assigned to a Directv Receiver?

Got a sports bar with 7 televisions in the same room. How many separate IR Remotes can I assign to the receivers?

Can't do RF, as the receivers are in another room too far away for RF to work, so im basicaly going to have to use an IR Repeater system

I am not positive if this info is still valid but it used to be 8 different IR codes for HD Dvr's and 2 for HD receivers and SD equipment.

My h24 supports the 8 so it isn't exclusive to hd dvr but possibly later model units.

Im with brit, the app remote is just the easiest thing to control multiple boxes, and it works over wifi, but to answer your question im pretty sure satgirl is right, I think your limited to two.
