How does one to get the mesh panels back in?

I have an 8' mesh dish and I was able to get one of them back in BUT did not get the other one back in. The panel is in OK shape.

If they fit into channels on the radial struts, It's usual to remove the outer ring, get one side 'in' then slide the panel towards the center placing the mesh into the other channel.
