How do we "Ask The Pros" at Voom?

I've noticed that Voom's newsletter has a "Ask The Pro's" section and also a "HD Answers" section in it. I want to "Ask The Pro's" about rain-fade and dish size. I can't find a link anywhere there to be able to "Ask The Pro".

Does anybody know how their questions are chosen for answering?
