Is there a forum to inform me about free to air tv receivers and how to get started.In my past testing I have always used cards which I have reprogrammed as needs required.How does FTA work and what is a good receiver to look for?

What exactly were you planning on testing?

Edit: From reading your PM, I'm not 100% sure I know your requirements but you might start in the equipment revew forum. I've learned tons there myself.
