How do I Reset my DRD435RH Reciever?

I Need HELP!!

I have a RCA DRD435RH receiver. I have somehow forgotten my pass code or inadvertently set it to on. Is there any way to reset the whole system? It’s on an additional receiver so I am not concerned with losing my favorites lists.

If you forgot you password that you put in that receiver then the only way to reset it is to call customer service and have them reset your access card in that receiver.

It says, "Program exceeds the rating limit you set." Is this the same code that you are referring too?

Try using 0000 or 4 zeros as the password. Worked for me on the RCA DRD435RH.

I had the 435 and the 486 and they both got hosed at the same time. Tried "0000" as a lark, and it worked on both of them. Later, I replaced the 435 because of reliablility problems. You might consider that option.
