How do I reprogram the News 13 button for the HD channel?

Hello all! I recently had to swap out my remote because it quit working (even with new batteries). So I have a new remote and now I want to program the News 13 button to go to the News 13 HD channel instead of the SD channel. I programmed my old remote to do this, but have forgotten what buttons I need to press. IDK if it helps, but the back of my remote says 1056B03.
