How do I identify smartcards?

I once found a site that explained how to identify the blue smartcards for Dish but can no longer find yhe site. How do I identify my blue smartcards ROM numbers as I cannot tell by looking at the numbers on the back.

closing thread...we do not allow hack talk here. Most people don't care what ROM number their card is unless they want to decrypt Dish network without paying for it.

All the blue cards are going away in favour of the yellow ones (new encryption technology) so the blue cards will be useless soon
