How do I get a channel mapped?

Here in Boston, channel 68-1,2,3,4 are broadcast (WBPX etc).

They show up fine, but the guide data is missing. It is a Boston station. How can I get guide data for it?

Right now you won't be able to get it. The super dma solution will be able to map the channel with guide data. I am supposed to get some information soon on when this is going to be available.
