i purchsed TT last xmas and never activated it they shipped me a xm radio and no reg code tho

is this normal or do i need to dig deeper in the box

were reg keys sent with the hardware or generated online?

I'm pretty sure everyone got their registration information by email. I seem to remember people complaining here that no registration was included with their shipments and their response was that an email was sent.

The secondary way to retrieve them was from the registration recovery page on the TimeTrax website which is, of course, no longer in existence.
