Thats a microwave communications tower. Those are all point to point links. Seems like noone wants to share links in that area hehehe, since theres so many different antennas.

Those links are line of sight to another tower on earth. Mostly used by phone companies. Also some cable companies transmit their content from the headend to distribution hubs via microwave links.

The tower seems to be somewhere in Brazil. "Pao de Acucar" is a supermarket chain in Brazil.
