House OKs Two-Satellite Dish Ban

There was no immediate indication of when the Senate would take up the measure. Like the House it is working to wrap up its legislative work this week so members can go home for election campaigning. If no satellite bill passes direct-broadcast satellite companies could be forced to drop superstations and so-called distant network signals.
