I've contacted Charter so many times yet nothing is getting fixed. And unfortunately monopolies are still allowed in this modern age and Charter is the only internet provider allowed to cover my area.
This issue has been persistent since I first moved to this area 8 months ago. Please advise, it's becoming intolerable to do anything, especially gaming.
