Hopper with Sling Software 302 Released

rebooted both this morning. I didn't have a chance to make sure it still showed it on the hopper, but the app on my ipad would let me prepare them for mobile.

Just checked it again, and its still not allowing me to prepare for mobile on the Joey.

Maybe the companion app will start working for me with this new update.

Big issues I have are slowness at times of the trick play bar, and not being able to delete a program when I finish watching, as other tuners are in use recording.

Just curious (haven't really looked at it much since my ipad is for work) but does the old hopper with usb sling adapter capable of transferring shows? Took my ipad home 2 weeks ago to see if it could do it but never was able to find a prepare for mobile option. That said didn't really spend too much time trying to figure it out (actually assumed I might have needed a software update to add that functionality or the old hardware is not capable of transcoding the shows).

Old Hoppers do not have this capability. You hit it on both counts. Word is it is not going to be added because of hardware.
