Hopper not recording any program that meant to recording at all

i'm having a issue with the hopper at my home, it's not recording any show that set to record now. one room was meant to record "The Mysteries of Laura" on KXAS ch 5 (NBC station) on one of the tuners at 7PM and another is set to record Black Dynamite on Starz In Black ch 355 at 7:30 PM, but they aren't recording.

i pressed the the red button to check the TV activy and it says "The Mysteries of Laura is about to begin recording" on Tuner 5 and "Black Dynamite is about to begin recording" on Turner 3 instead of recording now as of 7:43 PM.

this is a major issue, what's causing this issue.

plus i had a issue earlier with the whole system not able to tune into the local channels and was forced to reset the whole hooper DVR.

anyone else had this problem of not recording or tuning into the channels or both.

Have you tried resetting your system?

i did considered it, but i didn't want anyone else in my household to have their show interrupted by a Hopper reset. i think i'll wait until bedtime when everyone else is in bed asleep, i'm usually the last in my household to go to bed anyway,
